Clinical Presentation

A Sudanese male 28 years old came to the dental clinic complaining from spontaneous gingival bleeding started suddenly. On thorough examination there was a violet brownish cutaneous, oral purpura and petechiae (Figures 1-3). Complete blood a count investigation revealed severe thrombocytopenia.
