Typical Class II D2 malocclusion.

Complete deep bite.

In the upper jaw left side, 5 mm extra spaces distal to the permanent canine.

In the lower jaw right side, lingually erupted extra lateral incisor tooth which resemble the permanent one (Supplemental) with 90 degree rotation..
